Version 1.20 - November 7, 2006
New Features
- Date/Time Created on Make A New Set screen can now be changed without regard to the status of the set. Since date/time created is normally only changed when creating a New Set, the cursor will start on Status when a set is updated. To change date/time created, mouse-click on the date field or press Shift-Tab to move the cursor backwards. This change was made to allow data entry errors to be corrected after a set has moved out of the Planned status. Note there is no check to make sure that Last Check Date is later than date set created, so, if Date/Time Created is changed, the Last Check Date may also need to be changed.
- Cut/Copy/Paste feature has been added to all Details fields. When cursor is in a Details field, do a mouse right-click to display a menu of Cut/Copy/Paste functions. Cut/Copy/Paste only works with text data within the Details fields and works with other Windows programs that allow Cut/Copy/Paste.
- A quantity field has been added to the Traps file accessed by main menu option Edit/Traps. This is used to keep an inventory of traps. On the Traps Report, the total quantity is printed and available quantity is printed. Available quantity is total quantity minus the number of active sets.
Corrections
- Main Menu option Report\Sets should say Report\Styles
- Styles Total Report heading says Sets and should say Styles
- Check Trap Screen: Tab order on Check Trap screen goes to Remake Status then to Details and should go Details then to Remake Status
- Missing Sets Report heading says Active Sets and should say Missing Sets
